The map displayed provides an estimate of shipping times from our Dayton, Ohio, facility via UPS Standard Ground within the United States. Please note that weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not considered business days for shipping.

Shipping times shown on the map reflect the number of transit days once UPS has received the package. This does not include order processing time or any potential delays. To ensure product quality, orders may require upgraded shipping during warm weather conditions. Additionally, orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) on Wednesdays may be held until the following Monday to prevent prolonged storage in a warm warehouse over the weekend.

While we strive for timely processing, shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed once an order is placed.

Since Esther Price chocolates are perishable and fragile, we take special care in shipping your order. During warm weather, ice packs are used to maintain product integrity.

Because ice packs have a limited cooling duration, orders shipping to destinations beyond a two-day ground transit window must be sent via UPS 2-Day or Next Day Air to ensure quality upon arrival. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) on Wednesdays will not ship until the following Monday to prevent extended storage in transit.

You can easily ship to more than one address with our "Multi-Address Shipping" feature. Simply select the button in the cart and you can add a unique address to each item.

Please note that each address counts as a unique order and will get its own shipping charge.

Currently, you cannot place an order to ship to a PO Box via our website. Please call customer service at 1-855-3-ESTHER to order if you need it shipped to a PO Box.
